I ordered takeaway, and within ten minutes, I was heading back to the office with a bag full of heavenly smelling food. I went with the butter chicken and garlic naan and both were standouts. The butter chicken was rich but not heavy, with tender, flavorful chicken in a silky sauce that soaked perfectly into the rice. The naan? Fresh, soft, garlicky, and the perfect tool to scoop up every last bit of that sauce. What really made the experience, though, was the hospitality. Clove Indian Restaurant in Easton is hands down the best Indian food in the Lehigh Valley! The flavors are incredible — everything tastes fresh, rich, and perfectly spiced. The samosas were absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside, easily the best I’ve had anywhere. The customer service was excellent too — warm, attentive, and surprisingly fast. Our food came out quickly, and the staff made sure we were taken care of the whole time. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. If I had to mention one downside, it’s definitely on the pricey side. And while everything else was top-notch, the garlic naan didn’t quite live up to the rest of the meal — it was a bit underwhelming compared to how amazing the other dishes were. Just ate here recently with some friends of mine. It was some of the best food I’ve ever had. I’ve been wanting to go back and eat here again ever since. The staff were amazing, attentive, and extremely kind. They had even given us some complimentary fruit custard that was amazing. I mean wow like I can’t get over how good the food was, how great the portions were, all for an amazing price. I’ve wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and I already have.

What an amazing dinner, the chicken vindaloo was fantastic and tender, the garlic naan was yummy, the spinach lentil dish was flavorful as well. The service was fast and friendly.
