I made a crazy request for a birthday cake(trying to accommodate two birthdays girls of different ages (5 and 11) and totally different preferences) and the cake turned out amazing. Cloud9 cakes are so good! I recently ordered baby shower cake. I was so impressed that the caramel flavor was made from scratch and not a syrup! You can really tell the difference. It was rich but not sickly sweet 😍 The buttercream frosting was so light and creamy. The cake design was exactly what we asked for. My expectations were exceeded and I'd definitely order from them again. Edit: I also recieved a graduation cake for her. The taste was amazing and her attention to detail was outstanding. She is definitely your go to baker for special occasion cakes.

We ordered two cakes for an NYE party and both were incredible! Sarah does top notch custom work. The most beautiful cakes you can find in the Anchorage area. Would highly recommend for any special event you’re going to host.
