I love good coffee. As an European in Minnesota is not always easy to find a good quality coffee that has both freshness and great aroma and strength that will give me this needed boost for my day with 1 cup only. I recently discovered clockwork and I'm highly impressed by the quality of the coffee, the incredible flavor combination and absolutely beautiful artsy packaging. My favorite coffee forsure. I tried a sample of Aeronauts infusion. I was very impressed with this coffee. It’s a bright and fruity Ethiopian bean. Light roast. I brewed in a pour over with filter water. I would order from them again. The only issue was it took a long time to get my order.

I was looking for a good decaf coffee and Clockwork Roasters did not disappoint. Pleasant smell of the beans when I opened the bag. The flavor was incredibly smooth and delicious no bitterness at all, just a clean and smooth. Really enjoying my poor over coffee everyday

With the purchase of a new espresso machine, we were looking for a local roaster. We ordered the Barista’s Pride from Clockwork Roasters and were blown away by the quality of the beans and the flavors we were able to extract.
