Clinton-Macomb Public Library

This is a nice library with friendly staff. It provides a decent space where I like to come to study for important exams and tests. I believe that libraries are designated as a QUIET place for people to study and read. When my kids were little, I taught them that the library is a quiet place, and to use their quiet voices. They enjoyed coming and used their quiet voices to RESPECT everyone at the library. during my last few visits, there were children screaming incessantly for 30 to 45 minutes. This should not be allowed. This is not an outdoor playground. Hard to concentrate, which is what a Library is designed for. Where do you go for a quiet place to study for important exams when coffee shops are too loud, and your home is too distracting and they allow very loud kids at the library? S

I love studying at this library! It’s always clean, quiet, and has such a calm atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to focus and get work done. The staff are friendly and helpful too!

Friendly staff and helpful. Curbside has been nice and very easy to use. It will be nice when the new location opens. Edit. New library is great. Obviously clean because it is so new. Great kids area. Everything looks nicely spaced out. They are still working on the outside though.

September 2022 - nice place but smaller. I like it but they have meeting rooms. Staff was friendly. Very clean. Outside has some musical instruments anyone can play with. Vending machines. Bathrooms. They have a holding room for items and its in a closet. They have computers, puzzle people can put together. Not a bad place, worth checking out.

I enjoy stopping by the library when I can. Nice selection of books and plenty of seats to sit and read for a while. I like all the little intractable things in and outside of the library. Kids can be loud sometimes, but that's not the library's fault. I'll always go there when I have the chance :)
