After two contractors left me hanging with a literal mountain of horticultural debris in my yard, City Works stepped right up and hauled it all away. Had to pay a fee for a special pickup, but that fee was very reasonable given the amount of material they had to haul away. Saved me a lot of hassle since the city showed up for me when others didn't!
