Clean Eatz

Got take out from here. Ordered online. Had questions but no one answered the phone. When picking we asked questions and the staff member did not seem to know or be very helpful. I ordered a small customized bowl, was worried about how big it would be and it was very very small, with grilled chicken, got breaded chicken instead. They looked and tasted like half cooked frozen nuggets, the rice and veggies were ice cold as was the chicken. Revel Kitchen is much better quality and value for the price. Will not go back.

If I could of gave them zero stars I would have. My vegetables weren't cooked they were raw. I couldn't bite into my broccoli or brussel sprouts. My husband waited a half hour for uncooked veggies and food that didn't taste very fresh and the sweet potato fries were burnt. Only thing that saved the meal was the sauce.

My mom invited me to dinner last night and she suggested this place. I'd never heard of it before and when I looked online, the website made me think it was only a meal prep/delivery kind of thing. I was glad to be wrong! The seating area inside was nice and everything was clean. There was only one person ahead of us so we didn't have to wait much to order and then we seated ourselves. The food was really good. I got the chicken pesto wrap and sweet potato fries and my mom got a medium bowl with chicken, veggies, and the peanut sauce. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals! And we both noticed how fresh and healthy everything looked and tasted. The portion sizes looked small compared to what you might get elsewhere.. I’m not sure what happened to the twins who used to work here, but they always provided excellent customer service and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Over my past several visits, however, the service has noticeably declined. It no longer feels as friendly or inviting as it once did, and the quality of the food has become inconsistent. What used to be great every time is now only good about one out of every three visits. I’m not sure if management has changed or if something else is going on, but I hope this can be looked into. I truly enjoyed coming here, and I’d hate to see these issues impact your business.

Would’ve been an easy 5-star review, but there’s one consistent issue: the same employee is working EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come in — and I come in a lot. We’re frequent customers, and she always makes us feel like we’re bothering or annoying her just by ordering. She never smiles, has a noticeably unpleasant attitude, and genuinely seems like she hates being there. A little customer-service training on being more approachable and friendly would go a long way. Everyone else has always been great, and aside from this, I love Clean Eatz and will continue to be a frequent flier.
