Clean Eatz Fredericksburg

My boss talked me into trying Clean Eatz a few months ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since! Every single employee greets you with excitement and a smile, and they genuinely seem happy to be there. A couple even remember my name when I walk in, since I get the meal prep almost every week. The dine in/takeout food is delicious, and the smoothies are a nice treat. I love being able to choose my meals for my weekly meal prep. They’re all delicious, but I recommend anything with their brisket. Pic included of the Frosted Chocolate Covered Cherry smoothie. I wish it was permanent, but I highly recommend trying it while it’s still here!

On 08/01/25, I chose to purchase lunch at Clean Eatz restaurant and requested Cali Shrimp tacos that were posted on the menu. The cashier was pleasant and informed me that it was recently discontinued. So, I selected a takeout order of Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap with a side of “steamed” broccoli and paid a 10% tip. I was very disappointed later to find the broccoli was burnt and overcooked. I returned to the restaurant in person the same day before closing with the overcooked broccoli and encountered a different employee (middle-aged woman). She told me that the broccoli is grilled. I then told her that steamed is not grilled and I wouldn’t eat overcooked broccoli. There was no apology or acknowledgment of my inconvenience instead my complaint was met with resistance and offensive innuendo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean Eatz Café is an absolute gem, and I’m genuinely impressed with everything this place has to offer. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t just another healthy-food spot — it’s a business built with passion, care, and intentionality. The owner is truly amazing. You can see how much she cares about her customers, her staff, and the overall experience. She goes above and beyond, and it shows in every detail of the café. The food is consistently fresh, balanced, and delicious — whether you’re grabbing a build-your-own bowl, a wrap, a smoothie, or one of their meal-prep options. The watermelon water & mixed vegetables were good. The lady who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a mine “to go” because i cannot sit in the hard chairs for more than a couple minutes. I ordered a quinoa base for my bowl, but I received rice instead. The Brussels sprouts needed to be cooked a couple more minutes. They were hard. I paid extra for salmon and it was way overcooked so it was very dry. I was the only customer so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with orders (at least that I could see). I spent $15.89 expecting a good meal. I’m dealing with some health issues and just walking inside was an effort, so I did not go back in asking for it to be corrected. Came in around 3 PM on a Tuesday and it was empty. The woman at the front was very nice and pleasant and I didn’t feel rushed while making my order. I chose the Berry Berry smoothie which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if I’m back in the area. I will definitely try this place again.
