Service and staff are super friendly. The chicken bowl was under whelming and lacked flavor. The chicken taste like it comes from a can. Maybe they dont add salt or anything to the food for the “clean” effect. Overall, adding some flavor would go along way especially for paying $10+ for a bowl. The Pineapple punch is absolutely delicious. Super cool concept offering the mealpreps.

10/10 place! Lovely food, staff, and environment! Highly recommend coming to eat or grab a smoothie after the gym! Keeps me energized without weighing me down. Wonderful pre-prepped meals too! Have never purchased, but have heard nothing but good reviews.

Just went here and the food was phenomenal— so was the service! Everything was clean, my dad was really excited to find somewhere that was good with his dietary restrictions. They also have a cool selection of premade meals, pizzas, etc., too. My dad really liked the bowl his dish was served in. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

Had lunch for the first time here today to see my friend Jon & support this local business. Well let me tell you, I will be back. We had the buffalo chicken wrap and it was amazing! Fresh, crisp, and every bite was packed with flavor. A great experience. I’ll be a repeat customer!
