Claytonville BBQ @ Roadside 22

Dropped in looking for a solid brisket sandwich in the area and I was not disappointed. Meat is tender and flavorful. Bread was not too heavy. The Mac and cheese ended up being a nice side. BBQ sauce on the side was perfect, since I didn’t need it. The meat had a fantastic salty, smoky flavor. They even added moist towel wipes, which is a great addition after this hearty meal. Will be back when the urge kicks in again.

Claytonville BBQ absolutely knocked it out of the park. We had a one-of-a-kind sampler of everything that Bryan (the owner) personally put together for us, and every single bite was incredible. The meats were perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and the sides were just as impressive, easily some of the best BBQ we’ve had. Bryan is awesome, welcoming, passionate about his craft, and clearly cares about giving people a great experience. This place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Claytonville BBQ to anyone in the area.

Claytonville BBQ is always a go-to favorite. I love that they’re constantly evolving their menu with fun new items, while still keeping all the classics we crave. We got the 6 meat combo and it was great. You can make one substitute with a meat and a side. Their brisket cook to perfection, it falls apart when you take a bite. Highly recommend. The pit master is also a very cool guy.

The pulled pork bbq sandwich is incredible. The ribs are next level with fantastic sides. Dont miss this gem. Good value for money.
