Claudie's Chicken

I’ve just had the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten, outside a fine dining restaurant. This is a creation that the guys at Fallow would achieve. Lol. I’ve just tried Babish fried chicken version with tempura batter and dredge of ap flour and rice flour with my extra added touch of chicken powder for flavor. Ignore cornstarch/ flour version recommended by many YouTube chefs. This is better. I’ve got to admit, it’s darn crispy. Outside of frying my own, this is the place to spend on good fried chicken. Recommended from a coworker who testified to their amazing wings when its prior location was next to a gasoline station and they have moved to a different location. We ordered a full tray of chicken for the Super Bowl and I was very disappointed in the fact that a large part of the tray had the sauces that we chose put on the tray and not on the side. It left us with a smaller portion of the chicken than we should have. The chicken was also very dry. We spent over $90 for this and I was very disappointed!!

This is one of the best places in Middletown for take out. We ordered a few wraps, boneless wings and sides. Everything was 10/10. Definitely put this on your list of places to try if you haven't.

Got a big and delicious catering order from this place after finding it working in the area. I had a chicken ranchero sandwich that time which was huge! The owner is very sweet and kind, and the staff were friendly and funny. Good and professional service these days is always a big plus, but the food was delicious. My car smelled amazing the whole drive home and family loved the chicken, ribs, and sides. My favorite was the huge boneless buffalo tenders (excellent sauce), and the corn fritters, and fried pickle spears. Plenty of good looking options on the menu so definitely worth checking out again.

I tried claudies for the first time and can see why everyone loves it. It's located in the middle of the junction and looks beautiful for Christmas. The staff was more then accommodating and very friendly. I tried boneless wings, fries chicken, ribs and some sides. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back and have claudies as a regular dining experience
