I ordered delivery through uber eats of lo mein, scallion pancakes and dumplings. The Lo mein was tasteless and didn’t have any sauce, the scallion pancakes were 100% not fresh and tasted rubbery. Even though the dumplings were good, I ordered it pan fried but they were soggy and tough as if they were not made that day. I am very disappointed because I spent a lot, but I hope that whoever sees this knows that this restaurant most likely does not make their food fresh.
Truly my favorite place to grab chinese food! I’ve lived near the place for 7 years so I’m familiar with everyone there, they always give amazing portions and the food is fresh. Anyone who doesn’t like them is wrong 💅🏼💗
I ordered some regular stuff from this place, but this time around there was, sadly, a noticable difference. the 57. Sweet & Sour Chicken I ordered was soggy and gross. At first, I thought it might be that I waited a bit too long to open the container and the condensation made the fried chicken too moist. but no. I kept eating and realized that they put WAY TOO much batter on the chicken that it didn't cook through. the outside was fine. the chicken was fine. but there was SO much batter that EVERY piece was soggy between the slightly crispy outside and the tiny piece of chicken inside. the laughable amount of chicken is the last criticism I have. it was batter, batter, batter (undercooked) and a cute, little piece of chicken. I'm disappointed in CJ Wok. they used to be good and they are
Second time ordering and it’s legit. Food was fresh both orders. I love their fried rice! It’s actually fried and not just yellow rice.
My family loves the food here so I called for dinner . The woman , who speaks perfectly good English I might add, was rude and smug. She told me my order was eligible for a free egg roll. Since I already ordered 2 extras I said ok fine just give me 2 and charge me for 1. She implied that was asking for 2 free ones and for snippy. I said it 3 times. Pretended not to understand. Then I mentioned the coupons in THIER OWN MENU! Picture below. She denied that they were there and treated me like I was trying to get everything for free. Then spoke to me like I was an idiot when I ordered shrimp chow mein. She said which one do you want. I said the one on your menu under chow mein. Then she acted like I was supposed to know there was 2 different kinds. I spent $57 and I was told I was only eligib
