We start with cage free, free roaming, all natural chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. They’ve got a little kick and are served with our house made sauces.

Customer Reviews
As a long time city bird customer, I am super upset with the change of the tenders. I noticed on the menu the meals were one less but didn’t think much of it. We got our food and the renders were visibly bigger than normal, still didn’t think much of it. Bite into one and spit it right back out. It was so chewy it was disgusting. Of the 9 tenders in our mega, 3 were of that consistency and inedible. The other 5 were so dry and over cooked. The breading seems the same but this is not the same chicken city bird normally has. Fries were the same and perfect. I truly hope this change isn’t permanent. We come often and love city bird but after that meal there’s no way I could ever eat it again. It’s pretty expensive for chicken tenders that I’m normally willing to pay but not for this quality.
I absolutely loved this place! The City Bird sandwich was spectacular. The flavor combination of the chicken with the slaw and pickles was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and I do a lot of BBQ smoked sandwiches with slaw myself. The fries were some of the best I’ve had as well. The seasoning was perfect and so full of flavor. We have so many chicken places in my hometown and more new ones coming but…I’d rather have this place over all the others!
During a brief overnight layover at CVG, I ordered delivery. Food was great! The chicken was hot, crispy, and loads of flavor. Cole slaw was simply and clean, which is to their credit because it can often be too heavy and creamy at other spots. Will 100% order again!
I used to order from here often but the service has gotten pretty crappy lately. I work night shift and usually order for dinner so I prefer to get my sauces on the side so my sandwich bun isn’t soggy by the time o receive it but sadly my instructions haven’t been followed the last couple times I’ve ordered and not being able to eat my sandwich with a bun is very annoying. Plus there’s barely any thyme ranch and was put together very sloppy. Definitely lost a customer honestly.
The chicken was so good, I went back twice within 72 hours. The sauces were amazing, chicken juicy, and fries were delicious. I bought a large tender order and it fed three people for a small lunch. I took my wife back 3 days later and she loved it. Highly recommend!
