City Pho - UCF

I have had Pho in many different cities throughout my travels and who would figure I find a restaurant in Orlando Fl with the most authentic and flavorful broth I’ve ever tasted. It did not need any hoisin sauce or sriracha! It was so deep with different spices and taste. The fresh summer rolls were freshly made and very large plus homemade peanut sauce! Ben did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and preparation that goes into the foundation of the broth. A Hidden gem!

Excellent food and service. Ben our waiter was attentive and very kind. He even brought out different chili oils and fresh chilis for me to try. They have happy hour from 3-6pm and pho specials on thursdays. Food was fresh and perfect temperature. We will definitely go back to try other menu items. Hopefully Ben will be our waiter again.

The atmosphere is very cute and nice. I got the cơm tấm with the bi cha and egg along with the Vietnamese coffee. I enjoyed the food and the variety they have at the restaurant. It is pricey but the food makes up for it especially the portion size. Very big portions I couldn’t finish but I enjoyed the food I had to bring some home to eat it later!

It was our first time trying pho, and this place did not disappoint! We were so happy with everything we tried, the food was so flavorful and delicious. The happy hour prices are unbeatable! The service was amazing and everyone we spoke to was personable and beyond hospitable, especially since we were new to this cuisine. We certainly will be back, especially for their Thursday deal and happy hour!

I ate at this place before, when it had another name (Pho So 1) and probably was under another management, too. I wasn’t impressed with the food back then. But now, the food has become more tasty. Now, I can say I actually like eating here.
