City Perch Kitchen + Bar

This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance—quiet and elegant—making it perfect for business dinners or quality gatherings with family and close friends. The service was average. The night we visited, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet the wait times were surprisingly long, both for getting seated and for our food to arrive after ordering. The food, however, was quite good. The grilled salmon was very fresh and tender, and the crab cakes were flavorful with a crab taste, unlike at many other places where they tend to be overly salty. The short rib was delicious and cooked to perfection. The truffle fries were just okay. As for parking, there's a garage behind the restaurant with free parking for up to two hours.

This spot is a gem I love it so much the drinks are beautifully balanced, creative, and clearly crafted with care. Each cocktail felt elevated without being overcomplicated, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating an experience that felt both polished and personal

Lively upscale restaurant, feels like a mix of fine dining and local bar. Service is great, Tim was excellent. I tried the calamari and was impressed. Perfectly cooked, right amount of breading with a delicious garlic basil sauce. I also enjoyed the crab cake sandwich. I thought it would be too much bread, but the brioche bun worked well and it wasn’t too heavy. I finished with the rye old fashioned, delicious with a nutty taste.

Great spot for dinner and amazing food! Highly recommend the duck spring rolls, braised short ribs and the ribeye and frites!

Food was delicious!! Only place we could go to on Val night without reservation.
