City-County Health Department

So my husband and I walked from 19th st down town who has been in the hospital unable to walk but today was feeling like walking and pretty well and there was alot of construction going on so difficult to get around but when passing the health department which is where his primary doctors office is mind you he walked in and asked if he could get a drink of water and the grumpy rude Old lady at the desk said do you have a appointment he said we'll no but I could sure use a drink of water she completely refused now what kind of doctors office let alone health department refused a sick person a drink of water what has this place turned into. Miss Jorey and the front desk team were very kind to allow me to use the facilities. Unfortunately the bus station across the street is not very accomadating and has no water fountain or public restrooms.

Very difficult to get information to your doctor. You can call 100 times and get no where. End up going down to their office to actually tell the doctor your self. What's the point of calling into a receptionist when they don't even give the information to the doctor correctly. Very Very Poor patient care and patients family. Well after another year going to this place I have noticed how their are a bunch of farmer doctor(s),counsler(s), and psychiatrist. Friendly warning Do Not Except to get the care you deserve here. All they will do is put a bandage over the problem, Wait for you to come back with problems because the first problem has not been fixed. They are the Auto shops that take your money by giving you a list of issues with the car that you pay to fix BUT next thing you know you

Takes cares of the general public they got me in to see the dentist ...helped with my paper work Medicaid and food stamps and got my mouth healthy they are great for the community
