Circle K

12/16/2025 I know the store is overrun With customers that are drug addicts But do the employees have addicted to!!! I have concerns about potential substance abuse among employees at this store location. Over the past week, I've witnessed an employee hiding in the bathroom on multiple occasions, and I've had to called the cops twic becauseof this. The employee in question appears to be a chubby woman with blonde hair in her late 30s or early 40s maybe 45. When confronted, she refused to speak or make eye contact, which further solidified my suspicions. Given the store's struggles with customer substance abuse, I question whether the employees are properly screened and supported.

Stopped by Circle K and decided to try the pizza—(Splurged for a whole pie) honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! It was hot, fresh, and really hit the spot. What made the visit even better was the service. Joshua, the new guy, went above and beyond. He took the time to help me out, answered my questions, and was incredibly patient throughout. Great attitude and customer service—definitely a strong addition to your team. Keep up the good work, Circle K!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the conduct of an employee at one of your Circle K locations. I am a professional truck driver who travels coast to coast, and I regularly rely on convenience stores such as yours for fuel and supplies. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this particular store was unacceptable. The young man working behind the counter, identifiable by his pink hair, has consistently been dismissive during my visits. On my most recent stop, he refused to acknowledge me when I approached the counter and remained focused on his phone. I don’t appreciate the cashier saying that if my dog bit him I’d have a huge lawsuit on my hands. No once did she give him the time of day and she was in my arms when I went In the store to pay for gas. Two she does not bite. He needs to have a personality check an get some manners . He’s a huge jerk and should be more polite to customers.

I honestly avoid this place. When I didn't work at home. I could spend 30 minutes in there waiting because only 1 person was staffed to run counter. That 1 person was slammed by a multitudes of customers. Items are not marked or marked incorrectly if at all. Lets say I have $10 bill for lunch I grab a soda (no price is 2.90) 2 beefstick (price 3.50 marked as 1.50) and a sandwich for $5. I get rung up for $14.50. I only have $10. Now I'm embarrassed the line has stopped and I have to knock the 2 beefsticks off to afford what I have cash for. This should not be the way to run a store.
