An absolutely stellar dining experience from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic meal featuring the pizza, pasta, and cucumber salad, all of which were prepared flawlessly. The undisputed highlight, however, was the Gelato—it was clearly homemade and prepared fresh after we ordered, elevating a simple dessert into a memorable grand finale. ​Beyond the remarkable cuisine, the service was truly exemplary. Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Cipriani’s in Las Vegas! The calamari was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the Grilled Australian Wagyu Rib Eye was exceptional — tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection — and the tiramisu was divine. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and professional, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Cipriani’s for anyone looking for an upscale, unforgettable dining experience in Vegas!

I had an outstanding experience at Cipriani Las Vegas. The staff was perfectly coordinated, delivering seamless service throughout. We ordered several sharing plates, and not a single dish fell short—everything was absolutely perfect. The drinks were fantastic, and the rich, flavorful balsamic was a highlight. The desserts were just as delicious, completing a flawless meal. I highly recommend dining here, and making a reservation is definitely advised.

Excellent food and service. In the Wynn shops which is a spectacular property. White linen service. The little touches go a long way. Wine list superb. Knowledge from management, waiters, and bartenders is second to none. Don’t be shocked when you order a martini and it comes in the glass in the picture. It is the Cipriani way!

This was not our first time at this location. However I must say, this time around, we were surprisingly disappointed. Poor service, and we felt so rushed. Everyone by zipping by our table, barely giving us a chance to request anything. The food was subpar, not sure if they were rushing in the kitchen so that each table can turn over faster, to accommodate the next guests. The whole point behind going out to dinner is to relax and enjoy one’s evening with their friends or family. Upon leaving the restaurant, I brought it up to the manager and he was very kind and apologetic about it and promised to give us a better experience next time. The reason for my review is to make restaurant management know that, rushing people out of the restaurant so that the restaurant can be more profitable is
