The hype around this experience was high, however I was not impressed. The choices were great, but the customer service was lacking, & the cinnamon roll was served cold and very undercooked. If it weren’t for the toppings it would have been a total bust.

Enjoyed the visit. Several options including their seasonal menu. If you have a sweet tooth this is for you. The brownies and banana bread are delicious. The space is small but with big flavor. You can customize your own cinnamon roll etc. I’ll be back soon.

Hit up the grand opening today! Despite the long lines (totally worth it for $2 cinnamon rolls!). Huge selection of cinnamon rolls, cookies, and brownies - they even have ice cream! The apple cinnamon roll was a bit too sweet for me, but perfect for those with a serious sweet tooth. And get your cameras ready, those cinnamon rolls are totally Insta-worthy! 😋

Loved every cinnamon roll we ordered! Can’t wait to go back and order custom ones. They are so fresh and soft! Absolutely loved them!

I am always impressed when I enter Cinnaholic... I am always greeted with gratefulness and a smile from Juliett. I believe she has worked there since day one & I am grateful for that, there are not many companies that have that OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So its a joy just to enter her store. And I love my Cookie-Dough scoops. Do not let Juliet ever leave your store. I would give her a 10 if that was possible!
