Gisele the gm here at the union gap location denied giving me her bosses number or any type of contact I explained why nothing was ready at 10 when they open at ten she told me she clocked in at 9 I showed up at 9:30 and waited I observed her on her phone for those 30 minutes you would think at 10 when they open they would have food ready what a waste of time

(Review for: 11/26/2022) Looks like Cinnabon corp. reduced the size of their cinnabons across all their lines (Regular, Mini, & Bite size) grouping. The regular Cinnabon doesn't fit in their original "regular" boxes. They reduced the size but forgot to reduce their container size. (Please see attached image -- you can fit almost 2 of the current regular cinnabon into 1 of their original regular box, LOL). [Pros] Fresh cinnabons are still gooey, flavorful, full of sugar and cinnamon flavors. The middle is still decadent. [Cons] Size reduction of the Regular Cinnabon. The price rose, but quantity got reduced. A couple years back, 2 of us had to split a cinnabon and when we finished, both of us were full. I am honestly very upset and disappointed with the customer service I received the few times I interacted with Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s. Everytime I go to either place I am never greeted or even smiled at. I am left waiting for five minutes plus while the two people are doing something else, talking, or deciding who should come attend me. I understand if it was a busy day but every single time I have been the only one in line. On top of that, I have to wait even more time so that they can make food or put it in the oven since they never have anything ready! I’ve also smelled the strong scent of weed coming from the Cinnabon place, which is just disgusting. The workers aren’t committed to doing their jobs correctly and treat their customers poorly.

Worst customer service, male blonde long hair on Sunday 2/23/24 at 6:45pm. Trying to overprice a 6 pack by selling them individually.

My first experience here and I don’t think I need to come again. My roll was cold and my friends churro was also cold. And stale. I will say the bottled water was exceptional.
