I never write bad reviews on any buisness but this by far is the worse customer service ive had, today around 3pm the lady that helped me and my husband was very rude, she was rolling her eyes and looking at her friend who was sitting off to the side and making faces as she was cashing us out and as my husband asked for milk.. it was a bad experience and i feel if you dont like your job or where you work that bad to where your going to be rude and treat customers so poorly like that then find a new job. just horrible.

The Cinnabons was horrible so stale an hard called the location spoke with manager Maria was very rude and told me to freeze the Cinnabon until whenever I get a chance to bring it to replace it. This is ridiculous. And hung up on me. I’ve been a business owner for many years in Pleasanton Ca a never received an unprofessional and rude service..

Ok, so I came in for my bday treat. The site gives free coffee. I'm unfortunately allergic. The worker was soo RUDE AND DISMISSIVE!! The Mall is empty! Most stores are closed permanently. He initially REFUSED to give me a shake equal price to their "free offer" ! I don't drink carbonated drinks as they are a trigger for my tummy. We went bk n forth. I even offered to pay the extra for 1 mini roll. He refused. I use my app often. And EVERY other place I used my bday freebie were soo kind and accommodating! So thanks for NOTHING Cinnabon !!! Unfortunately, by the look of the mall, they probably won't be there next year. Huge disappointment. And honestly hire nicer ppl!

Every time I tried some rolls, doesnt matter the day, they were always hard and stale. The donuts and churros were fine, but way overpriced for what you get.

Got to meet the amazing Abuela who was working there today. Herself and granddaughter was extremely nice. The customer service alone will have me coming back but the cinnamon roll tasted amazing. Thank you for an awesome experience. If you're reading this Abuela, you made our day by wanting a photo with us. You definitely helped me to kick off my week in a positive way.
