Cinnabon

Unfortunately had similar experience with not being able to get fresh from the oven rolls in a pack of 6. On Sunday we got a pack of 6 (for my family visiting from out of the country) and when we got home we realized they were hard and dry, as if from the prior day (I know very well how a day old Cinnabon tastes). Two days later I wanted to treat them to fresh ones, but like others reported, was unable to get a pack of 6 fresh from the oven. Had to pay them individually, but was asked if I wanted them packed together in one box! Anyways, I don't mind paying less for old rolls, but please be transparent about it, note it on the price list. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed with the Tysons Mall location. Today is my son’s birthday and he asked for cinnamon rolls instead of a cake. I requested a fresh box of 6 straight from the oven and was told by the manager I could only get them if I paid for each roll individually—not the normal box price. Completely unacceptable and poor customer service. 😕🎂

The guy at the counter was unbelievably lazy. I asked for the 6-cinnamon-pack and clearly told him I wanted one from the fresh trays that had just come out and were still hot, because I’d like to have one right away. He flat-out refused to pack those and kept pointing me to the pre-packed ones. When I insisted on getting the fresh buns, he deliberately rang them up at the individual price instead of the pack-of-6 deal. Absolutely pathetic customer service

Cinnabon is always great to visit no matter where I am, and this location is no exception. I ordered a classic roll ($6.14 after tax). They provide a knife and fork, so don’t worry about getting your fingers sticky. The roll tasted fresh and sugary. Enough said.
