Delicious ice-cream ever! The staff is extremely friendly and warm welcome is guaranteed! They're fast and doing great service. I really enjoyed the ice-cream although I am not really into it but I have to admit that they were convincing in the way they presented their products. Highly recommended!

I love to go there once in a while when I'm craving a good cinnamon roll. The employees are very sweet and even when there is some wait time, they tell you before ordering do you can decide if you want to wait or not.

The lady working said due to the cinnamon rolls being in the oven for 3 more minutes that I couldn’t place an order for one and wait. She advised me to come back later- but I see no harm in ordering one and waiting 3 minutes for it to be handed to me. Foul.

I was very happy when this opened in the mall. I think they are understaffed for the high volume of customers pass through. They were out of stock and I had to wait over 10 minutes. Plus side, food was hot! The employees seemed rushed and stressed and were making minor unsanitary errors, like gloves to prepare rolls, walk away to touch other dirty things, and return to the delicious roll making. Got it, they are stressed and rushing. Maybe give them more supply and personnel, hint hint corporate leaders. 5000 stars for taste of food. 4 stars for cleanliness. 3 stars for timeliness. Overall satisfied.

The manager “Alisha” always seems to have an attitude towards everyone including her staff. I will not be returning until the atmosphere here is back on track.
