Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's

Store didn't answer phone. When I arrived I inquired if they accepted gift cards, the 'cashier' says no without looking at the card and gives no additional assistance. I came here to reward my hard work this week. While back in my car and looking at Shlotzskys website I see that they accept gift cards for online orders. This lack of service honestly ruined my night. Very disappointed What's the point of purchasing a gift card? Update: I was immediately contacted by Joseph. He's been exceptional in amending this! Food is always amazing and the employees were very kind!
