Some of the Best Birria Tacos I’ve Had! I wasn’t expecting much going in, but wow — the birria tacos here are legit. The tortillas were perfectly crispy and golden, the meat was tender and packed with flavor, and the consomé had that deep, rich taste you only get when it’s made right. Every bite was ridiculously good. The plate came with pickled onions that added the perfect crunch and acidity, and the sides of rice and beans were solid too — creamy beans, well-seasoned rice, and everything felt fresh. Nice little Tex-Mex style spot in the lobby of Kalahari resort. Casual bar and restaurant seating. Good selection of drinks for adults and kids. Decent menu. The corn dip and the taquitos are really good appetizers. No complaints with the quesadillas fajitas or the chimichanga. The chimichanga could have been fried a little more, to be crispier, so it was a little bit on the burrito side. Still it was stuffed full of chicken and rice and had different sauces on top. Service was fine, no complaints about that. Only complaint was they charged me for extra sour cream for the quesadillas... When you're charging resort prices you would think they'd be able to just give you that.

Lovely staff and good food. Chicken enchiladas, cheese quesadilla, pork enchiladas were delicious. Guacamole needed lime juice and salt. Water glasses were all filthy! Yes. That's a fragment of the previous user's meal 🤢🤢🤢

Food was good had such amazing flavors to it. My waitress Steve was phenomenal 🤘🏼 he had such a positive professional attitude one of the best waitress I ever had. Our bartender Paul was also phenomenal he knows what he’s doing he makes top notch drinks . Would recommend 🙂👍

Our family came here after attempting to dine at the Italian restaurant at Kalahari and having a disappointing experience, and Cinco Niños completely turned the night around. Conveniently located right at the main entrance, the atmosphere was welcoming from the start. From the host to our waiter and servers, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and excellent customer service. To top it off, the food and drinks were amazing. My husband had the birria burrito, and I ordered the steak and shrimp fajita combo. Everything was packed with delicious flavor. We left happy, full, and grateful we found this spot. Highly recommend!
