Customer Reviews
It's a little confusing if you never been because they share a entry way with another buisness. The food was great except the salsa was bland. The service on other hand was horrible. I'm not sure what our waitress deal was but she shouldn't be a waitress. Not one time did did smile or ask if everything was OK. She actually tossed the appetizer down in front of my son. She looked as though she was upset with another waiter but that doesn't give her the right to act the way she did. We are from Alabama visiting family here and wanted to try a local restaurant. Despite the good food, I doubt we will be back next time we're in town.
The Margarita was the worst I've ever had. First, I had ordered a frozen Margarita and waiter brings me back one with ice. Then the drink was so yellow that I knew it wasn't going to taste right. I didn't taste any liquor until I spoke to the manager and he offered me a shot of tequila to put in drink. Huge burrito though and good.
I wouldn’t give one star if possible. This place is ridiculous. The wait staff talk about all their customers in Spanish. I speak fluent Spanish and was appalled by the things they say about their customers. I ordered my food and it was ice cold. I had to ask them to remake it. The wait staff never came to ask us if we wanted refills. It was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Also, a waiter came up and touched my baby’s face. It’s flu season and he had just come from other customers’ tables. I asked him if he washed his hands before touching my baby’s face and he was offended.
Love this place best in the area for sure. Fajitas are amazing so much too
Cilantro’s We ate at Cilantro’s a couple of times during recent visit to Robinson. The restaurant was always busy, but its large dining area easily accommodated us quickly. The service was a bit slow, both to take our order and to serve our food. However, the food was good on both occasions. First, I had the tamale dinner. It was good, but not the best tamales I’ve ever had. For the second visit, I had the Javi’s plate. It was combination of shrimp, chicken, and beef, mixed with vegetables and cheese sauce. It was excellent. Definitely will be back if I’m in Robinson again.
