Cibao kitchen

I wish all mall food is like what Cibao has: delicious, unpretentious dishes with character. It's the first time I've seen Dominican food in a mall, which really should have been more popular. We had two kinds of pork with Spanish rice, and a stuffed cassava, all very well prepared, and washed with Dominican soda - very satisfying! The price was fair and service was fast and friendly

Loveeee the food here… The pernil is SO GOOD everytime. Moist meat and hard skin.. cooked to perfection. The curry chicken is amazing as well as the sides like pastellitos and rellano de papa.. the habichuelas are cooked perfectly and the staff is always friendly and happy to help you pick something to your linking. Deff try them out

This Caribbean style restaurant adds a great variety and refreshing flavors to the Salem mall. Away from too many restaurants making same Asian food here, this place adds new menu and flavors or rice, meat and variety of appetizers and main courses. Tried their chicken curry, rice and beans, cheese empanada. Everything tasted great and at a super cheap prices at this inflation time.

Delicious, homemade style Dominican food at the mall. Also, their customer service is amazing! The staff is warmth, and helpful!! My favorite eatery at Rockingham mall!

So delicious and authentic Dominican food. And their Tamarindo drink delicious as well. Their prices are also great not over price like other places. It's must try if you are in mall.
