Customer Reviews
Absolutely loved our dinner at Ciao! From the moment we sat down, the service and hospitality were top-notch. Our cocktails were delicious and fun, and the food was phenomenal — huge portions and packed with flavor. We started with the baked clams (so flavorful and perfectly cooked), then shared the linguine with seafood (10/10, the seafood was so fresh), the Chicken Azel in lemon sauce (perfection), and the Chicken Parm vodka style — you can’t go wrong! The meat was pounded thin, just the way we like it. Even though we were too full for dessert, our wonderful server surprised us with the homemade Napoleon — light, airy, and perfectly crisp. The staff was so attentive, and the owner even came over to check on us, which really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. My mom, sister, and I
Review for Caio Restaurant – Eastchester, NY We recently hosted a baby shower at Caio Restaurant in Eastchester, NY, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The private room upstairs is absolutely beautiful — bright, elegant, and filled with natural light. It can also be divided depending on how many guests you have, which makes it ideal for any size event. We had about 40 people, and everything from start to finish was wonderful. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was outstanding — both plentiful and delicious! We started with their thin-crust pizza, two different pastas, and a fresh salad served with authentic Italian-style bread. For the main course, there were options of chicken, veal, and a fish dish with string beans — every choice was flavorful and beautifully pr
Excelent food and service. Generous portions and exquisite sangria. Highly recommend this place.
I recently had another wonderful experience at Ciao’s Restaurant with a party of five. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Benny, who made us feel right at home. Our servers, Gent and Bim, provided exceptional service throughout the evening, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. We started our meal with a lovely complimentary spread of pita bread, feta cheese, and assorted olives, which set the tone for what was to come. For our starters, we indulged in the thin crust pizza and fried zucchini—both were absolutely delicious! Next, we enjoyed a fresh salad followed by our main dishes: salmon piccata, branzino meraciera, filet mignon, and fettuccine Alfredo. Each dish was so exquisite that it was difficult to choose a favorite; they were all out
It was a great experience. We were there celebrating a birthday with with 60 attendees, and food, staff and decor was perfect. Will definitely be back for there regular restaurant service.
