Visiting friends who live in CO & we enjoyed dinner here. Everything was delicious. The chicken enchiladas and creamy green chili sauce so yummy. The 1950's decor reminded me of my dad- I loved the hubcap ceiling so much I forgot to take a picture of the food. Service was outstanding. Would definitely go back.

This place was recommended by a friend and if you haven’t been here before, you live in Denver. Then what are you waiting for? The food is delicious. Reece our server was absolutely incredible! Jasmine was awesome. If I am ever back to Denver again I will be back to this place!! Ok it’s not 5 star dining but I’m not that kind of guy anyway😊 I’m the guy that wants a personable waiter that enjoys life and enjoys seeing his customer enjoy their dining experience. Reece was that guy today. The food portion was large I couldn’t eat it all. The taste was amazing. The steak in the burrito was done to perfection soft, tender and seasoned well. The tortilla chips and delicious salsa kept coming by the scoop full. I suggest you head there now 😊

We have been eating here for years and it's one of our favorite restaurants. Pro tip: get the creamy jalapeno with your warm chips (the salsa is always fresh and good too). Love the homemade flour tortillas. I love all the tacos and my husband loves the cheese enchiladas with boom boom sauce. It's also very reasonably priced. The service is always great and the restaurant is always clean! Will come back many times again.

I’ve been served by Sarah several times over the past few years, and she is consistently amazing. She’s always checking in, incredibly attentive, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests. She remembers me, asks about shared interests, and makes visiting — even when I come in by myself — feel welcoming and fun. She also asks every time before I leave if I’d like a drink to go, which is such a thoughtful touch. Combined with how consistently good Chuy’s food always is, her service really elevates the entire experience. Sarah is a big reason I keep coming back.

The servers were the only saving grace. Pretty faces to greet us, smiling over enthusiastic waitress. Remembered our little wants and needs. And wow we got free guac for coming in the for the first time ever. But woaaaahh! Tex Mex indeed the food was awful to us lmao. Not even joking as I laugh writing this. Truly nasty. Maybe it’s bc we had a party of 5 and some of the food was 100 percent re heated/microwaved. (No reason a plain burrito plate would be scorching hot. Along with burnt clay-like beans) See the tortilla soup was wonderful. Nice chunks of chicken and avocado. The salsa was spicy and surprisingly flavorful.
