Amazing restaurant with delicious food and drinks! The chicken and veggie enchiladas were out of this world! A peach margarita that I had was just perfect! I did not have to wait too long and the service was excellent!

Chuy's is fortunate to have Maddie! I went to this new restaurant after church this afternoon with my young son. The food was amazing and the staff seemed so happy and the management was happy too. They visited our table to make sure things were good. When you have happy management, you have happy staff and the happy staff will keep the customers happy and the customers will come back. Great food and great service is definitely a win win! The server who helped us was amazing and patient. Her name was Maddie and Maddie was a Baddie! )

Special shout out to Delilah for her excellent customer service and friendly personality! The hostess team was all super friendly and accommodating to help me find a table to cowork during lunch. Food was fresh and tasty!

Well worth the wait. Despite how busy it was we were served our lunch very quickly. We never went without a chips refill or drink refill either. Other staff who weren’t waiting on our table were pitching in and keeping an eye out for everyone. Incredible service. We haven’t had an experience like that in a long time. It’s no wonder people are lining up to go.

Chuy's Tex-Mex Restaurant Monday, February 23rd was the Grand Opening of the much anticipated Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant in Mansfield. A foodie friend and I made it there at opening and was one of seated. By the time we left the was a line through the door. It was clear this was not Chuy's first time because they had plenty of staff and eager to please. I had my customary sweet tea accompanied with a glass of water. We had a never ending full basket of chips, salsa, and a creamy jalapeño dip. I ordered the Relleno & Enchilada Combo. Two ceamy green chile chicken enchiladas, a cheese relleno served with Boom Boom sauce which came with Mexican rice, and refried beans. I finished my meal off with a Tres Leches cake.
