This was an amazing experience! The restaurant is fun! The workers are great! We personally had Preston as our server and he always was one step ahead of us. Super helpful, efficient, and kind. I have Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten free with no cross contamination. Preston brought Megan over to explain what was gluten free and safe for me on the menu. She is very familiar with Celiac Disease and made sure to use fresh ingredients from containers that haven’t been reached into before and have the workers change their gloves, etc. Unfortunately all of the meat is seasoned with seasoning that has wheat in it but she had the kitchen clean the grill and make me some fresh chicken without seasoning that I could safely eat. The atmosphere is obviously amazing because it sits on top of the summit, overlooking the city.. the service was great she kept our chips refilled and our drinks refilled, never even having to ask for it!! The steak quesadillas were amazing! The chicken quesadilla was amazing! The bean burrito was amazing! What else can I say about that jalapeno dipping sauce that they bring with the chips...... Got to be the best I've ever had!!!

Good cheese dip. Get it all the time but 32 ounces was actually 27.5. Zeroed it out with an old container and was short. Plus it was 10-15 minutes past time that it said it would be ready. Not like anything had to be cooked on this order, just scooped into a container.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food comes out quickly and is delicious. Haven was our server and was excellent, she never let our drinks run past half so she brought us out second drinks and gave us to-go drinks. The chips are amazing as well, especially if you get the ranch dip. This is a classy mall and this restaurant fits right in. I highly recommend it.

Today was my first experience at Chuy's and wow. I moved here from Colorado and they actually have authentic green AND red chile like back at home. I had the shrimp tacos (which are delicious with the boom-boom sauce, by the by) while my husband had the enchila plate with beef, chicken, and cheese enchiladas. This is the absolute best tex-mex I have ever had! Though the best part of everything was the service. Our server Andrew was incredibly attentive, kind, and bubbly! You can tell when someone actually likes their job and he delivered 5 star service. We will most definitely be repeat customers.
