I have to give a shout out to Shantel Lewis, my second time in the drive through, and she served me both times. This young lady was pleasant, approachable, funny and engaging... I will say that the service can be faster, but her service was so good that I cannot complain about the timing. Things can improve, but in rhe Arima drive through, you have wonderful staff, appreciate them! Thank you Shantel for a good evening!!!

I arrived 14 minutes after my mobile order. All I ordered was chicken. They told me to come inside instead of at the drive thru, while it’s raining because my order was being made….i get inside…they hand me a bag that was sitting on the counter…containing my COLD chicken. This is the worst location in the franchise. I became a member, used the app to order and the new member promo didn’t even work. So I paid for what was supposed to be free and got horrible customer service in return. The drive thru person is rude as rude can be

Horrible costumer service. Saw many people come in and pay And get their food before I did. Waited for 25 minutes for a online pickup order. Don’t come here if you have to be somewhere. Workers move extremely slow and don’t assist at all.

Came here for a big order before heading back home. They locked the doors to the establishment and also dont give access to bathroom. Legally when you have a sit down area you are supposed to provide a bathroom to customers. Submitted complaint to the state

Churches ought to be ashamed of how the customer service is ruin .. the dirty rice was very mushy and soggy . The 2 piece dark special looked and tasted dry. Over cooked..very nasty 🤮 disappointed to the max🤬
