Church's Texas Chicken

This is a shitty place...I ordered something and got something completely different than what I ordered...you can't have a conversation with the staff because they don't understand a word you're saying...the drive-thru is a disgrace, and the window looks like my toilet window. There are dogs running around everywhere that jump on your car as soon as you get your food. I can't recommend it at all; just don't go there.

First of all, we ordered our food online prior so that we can pick it up immediately when we arrive. However, upon arriving, we noticed a very small printed sign on the door that states "dinning place is closed, order through Drive-Thru". The issue is that, there were almost 20 cars surrounding the small building, which makes it pointless for us with the online order. I tried to communicate with the only worker at the Drive-Thru window, but they ignored me as they handed the driver their order. I also noticed some small body parts of an animal (looked like a dog's paw to me) and it was disgusting. While walking back to our parked car since we thought we could just go inside the building, good lord the kitchen was nasty. There were visibly trash on floor and everything just seemed extremely

I ordered a chicken fried steak it ended being crispy adding the sauce still not satisfied.

Coleslaw terrible Mashed potatoes and gravy Great. Dark chicken Great. Dining room closed had to go thru drive thru.

Visting Canyon de Chelly and seen there was a Church's Chicken there. Was going to stop and have dinner there but the Dining room was closed and found out it has never been reopened since COVID-19 I was told at the hotel we're staying at. So they lost a customer and a sale of $30.00 or more and also a bad review. Come on Church's Chicken let's get over the COVID-19 scare. There is a lack of places to eat in Chinle . Why add more for tourists and guests.
