I arrived to try the Chicken Chow menu because of reviews. Made my order. They looked like they were professional on a high traffic street. I don't know what happened today, but the Chicken Chow mein was the most tasteless food I have ever had from any Chinese restaurant...ever. It was watery and no seasonings at all. On top of that I ordered Chicken Won Ton soup. I asked if it was just chicken. The young lady said yes. I emphasized to not give me any pork since I don't eat pork. I get home and started to open everything after eating the cheesesteak egg rolls (which were the only things good) Then something told me to look inside of the Won Ton noodle because they were so big. Ordered takeout here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food was packed well, still hot when I got home, and the portions were generous. The orange chicken was crispy and flavorful, not soggy at all. Definitely a solid spot for quick Chinese takeout.

I ordered chicken fried rice and spring rolls. I asked the lil girl if the spring rolls had shrimp in it because I’m allergic to shellfish. She said no. I get home and comfortable to eat my food. Started eating food and meat tasted a lil rubbery. Face felt a lil funny, Lord behold, they gave me shrimp egg rolls, o called up there and the girl was so rude and nasty talking about she can give me a free can of soda. I said no you replacing the whole meal that you could have killed me. Told them I will be there in 5 minutes. She even hung the phone up on me after I said I was going to report to better business bureau. The fact she said she don’t care report them shows the lack of care for people well being. One of the most authentic Chinese takeout options I've ever tried. The fried rice has a distinct wok hei aroma and isn't overly oily. The dim sum also tastes homemade, not frozen. Even though it's takeout, the quality feels like eating at a fine dining restaurant.
