Their low-caf roast, The Gentle, is made from Bourbon Pointu beans grown on their family farm—Finca Peru Paris in Chiapas, Mexico. It’s naturally low in caffeine (not decaf!), which means you get all the complexity without the crash. The roast is light, super smooth, and has this mellow caramel sweetness with just a hint of spice—no bitterness, no jitters. It’s honestly one of the best low-caf coffees I’ve ever had, and it feels even better knowing it’s directly sourced from their own farm. Thoughtful, delicious, and easy on the nervous system.
