Great place to have fun and kids love it lots of things to do and food is available and drinks

Yesterday, my family and I came to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate the life of my deceased niece. Our reservation was from 4:00–6:00 PM. Throughout our visit, the staff repeatedly told us that “the show will begin in 10 minutes,” but it never did. The final time they came over, we were told that the show would not start until after six. Chuck E. didn’t come out until around 6:30 PM long after our scheduled reservation had ended. While we were still seated, another party arrived. I was shocked to overhear staff apologizing to them for our presence, saying we “weren’t supposed to be there.” Even worse, I overheard staff discussing our party cost saying it was “$99 and they’re still sitting there” when in fact, we had upgraded and paid much more. New review: Still have good pizza. The play area has a good selection for all ages. And the prices to play the games with the play cards is excellent it’s also a great feature they added where the tickets you win go straight on your play card. Security/ safety is excellent you can relax while your child has fun. However We did get a birthday cake that was really dry it tasted like it may have been outdated or over baked. Also I liked the coupons better although the reward system is a nice feature I’d still like to have the coupons. The restaurant including restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall 4 stars and will continue to visit as long as children are young.

It’s okay the pizza is good the fries are good, the service is good. It’s… they removed the animatronics! It’s kinda bland without Chuck-E-Cheese staring at my soul. Please bring the Animatronics back?!

Be still my 80s heart! They still (as of March 2023) have all of the members of Munch's animatronic band! They also had Chuck E Cheese coming out every hour (even during the less busy lunch hours). Pizza came out hot and fast, and the staff were super friendly. We have two CEC locations closer to us, but the drive was totally worth it!
