I tried both a classic and a newer style Philly cheesesteak. The newer version included Cooper Sharp cheese. If I were to choose between the two to eat again, I would prefer the newer style. While the quality of the meat wasn't exceptional and had a slightly funky taste, the overall experience was more enjoyable. Purchased Via UberEats

NJ.com recently rated Christo’s as having the best cheesesteaks in north-eastern New Jersey (Passaic, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, and Union counties), and I must say, my taste buds agree. Real shaved ribeye, good quality seeded Italian rolls, and even Cooper brand sharp American cheese, all the hallmarks of an excellent cheesesteak. I got two cheesesteaks, one with cheese whiz and fried onions, another with Cooper sharp American, fried onions, cherry peppers, an Italian long hot pepper, and chipotle aioli. The fries were typical of most Jersey delis and diners but the corn nuggets were really awesome. Hear about these cheesesteaks for a minute now... absolutely unstoppable. This was crazy good spot. Owner suggested corn nuggies.. did not expect a picture perfect taste like that. Then to find out he is a local metal head from my time. Did I mention this is priced perfectly??? Hell I would even be happy paying more.
