Will leave a secondary review after I get my order but I needed to find a nut free cupcakes for my bfs birthday party and she called me back same day I left a message. pricing is awesome for 15cupcakes with lettering is running me under $20! So far I’m very satisfied with the service I received

Ordered a Spiderman/venom cake for my son's bday and when we got it I was already disappointed in how it looked. I wish I could post a pic it was nothing how it should've looked, but I said whatever it's just a cake and for $60 you get what you pay for.. however 10 minutes into our drive home it completely collapsed into a faint mound of cake. I let her know and she said she would refund some of my money I said I appreciated that. It's now been a month and I still have not received my refund. Very disappointing seeing as how the cake looked nothing like it should've and she should've told me she couldn't do detailed cakes and we still tipped her $20. Chris has baked our Christmas cookies for many years, now. Chris’ cookies are always a hit with our family & friends! Her cookies really are the best! Our boys have brought her decorated cookies to school parties, where they have also been very popular and always requested! Chris baked all of our graduation cupcakes this year and they were so delicious, also! I am so GRATEFUL I found Chris’s Custom Bakery so many years ago….I always know her baked items will be amazing!!!!

The only thing more disappointing than the brick of bread, was the customer service.
