Chowking

I ordered the beef wonton bowl which looks nothing like the picture. The bowl came with two pieces of beef, 1 PIECE OF WONTON, and no green vegetables like the advertisement. What a scam!!!! I returned the food and left.

So the siopaos were good. Both types were very flavorful and filling, I would recommend hence the 2 stars. The beef wonton noodles were perplexing on many levels. When I ordered the king size, I was told that they didn't sell that anymore though it was on the menu above the cashier. I though they were out of the noodles but was told that they just don't sell that size anymore. Well Ok, so I ordered the standard size and some extra siapios. Problems: 1) It took a good 7-10 minutes for them to call my order after payment, even though the siapios were literally right there steaming hot by the cash register. Why? 2) When the noodles finally arrived, there was only ONE SINGLE SMALL wonton in the whole bowl. I went to the counter and asked the cashier if that was a mistake and was told tha

I came in during lunch and it was busy, I understand that the crews are trying their best to serve food as fun as they can. However, Arlyn the manager at that time didn't have a good tone towards customers and the crew. She just stood their while the crews are in a rush. Shouting won't fix anything especially towards the crews, respect and morality as a person should taught to this woman. I hope nobody experience this kind of action anymore. I hope the management will take actions towards this kind of behavior. Chowking has been my comfort food way back in the Philippines as long as that kind of treatmenr is being served to the staff & customers, I would prefer to just stay home and cook my own meal.

Food was horrible. Chicken had a weird taste. Rice was a bit soggy. Pansit was ok. We waited almost 10 minutes. Taho was great. But this is just my opinion coz my other 2 friends liked there food

I went in the morning. I waited till they open at 7am. I'm not sure if that was the Manager, but she doesn't look very happy with her job. She was acting high and mighty with the customer in front of me, I am filipino just like she is but it's very embarrassing to have your co filipino looked down of their own. You may need a new Manager that would set example to her subordinates or she probably needs training because this is definitely not the Philippines that you can look down on your own people just because you have the position. She tried doing it to me, but no i did not let her, so she mellow down. Customer service training for your manager is badly needed. Chicken is undercooked. Still bloody.
