Cute and cozy byo in the heart of Collegeville. Wide variety of menu options. Our table had mixed reviews, I thought the scallops and appetizers were excellent while my husband ordered the salmon and didn't care for it. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating. Great place to bring a bottle of wine and try out.

Went to Chow Bistro for the first time with my wife and sons. We were celebrating my birthday. My wife having seen some decent reviews, suggested we try it since they're a short drive from home. The menu has a variety of selections, everyone will see something that appeals to them. There were a couple of dishes that caught my attention. I settled on one of their Dinner Specials...Pan Seared Sea Bass cherry tomatoes coconut sauce, spanish yellow rice, French green bean. I asked if I could substitute asparagus for the green beans, our server said that was fine. When eating out, Sea Bass is one of my go to meals. Ive had it prepared many different ways at many different restaurants. Striped Sea Bass, Chilean Sea Bass you name it I've probably had it. What I was served at Chow Bistro was not

Always a 10/10! The food is amazing, dine in or take out everything I’ve tried has been so good! Definitely recommend the burrata crostinis and if the basque cheesecake is on the menu, you have to try! Food is great and the people are great! 😊

Attentive service and unique atmosphere. Neat decorations and artwork. Quality food and solid portions. Fair pricing and a solid sized seating area. Nice family restaurant.

1st time here. We had a lovely time out with friends. The atmosphere was more casual than I thought it was going to be. No linen table clothes like some of the pictures. That must have been a special occasion. We had paper napkins, which surprised my husband. The server was friendly. We started with grilled peach crostini. It was good it had bacon, ricotta cheese with a balsamic glaze. For dinner, my husband had the chicken piccata. He liked it. It came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the crab cakes. They were 2 huge crab cakes at least 1 inch thick, fries, and broccoli. I couldn't finish it but it was delicious. My friends had the seafood pasta and the beef short ribs. We ended with a blueberry crumble and white chocolate mousse. We all had a good time. This place
