Chopsticks China Bistro & Sushi Bar

Today was our first time visiting Chopsticks, and we will definitely be back! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed the assorted vegetables with chicken and fried rice, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also shared the sizzling rice soup — delicious and comforting — and Michele really enjoyed the veggie spring rolls. She also commented that the Jasmine hot tea was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. A great spot for both sushi and Chinese favorites. Highly recommended!

I had a phenomenal first experience here! The staff was very friendly and the service was top notch and quick! I ordered the chicken fried rice as I was seeking something filling and quick. I definitely plan to go back soon and try the sushi bar.

Very overpriced. Don't go if they look remotely busy. Cold food with poor slow service. White guy at the front will just be ignoring you spinning around in circles. Asian man telling people to go back and cook yourself. The place looks nice, but that's about it. Fried rice is very underwhelming. Very plain with bland flavor. The pan fried noodles are lacking vegetables. Honey chicken is pretty soggy and gross.

The food was good, which is unfortunate because the service tonight was abismal- prompting this review. I ordered a single sushi roll, and for some reason, it came out 20 mins after the rest of my table’s food. Which would be fine if it was busy, they told me it would take that long when I ordered, or if they bothered to apologize for the long wait after our table had to remind them (server and manager?) that my dish had not come out multiple times. That was annoying enough, especially after the staff acted like nothing was wrong with that. But before that even happened, as soon as the rest of the table’s food had been brought, staff came by and took away all of the condiments and seasoning with no explanation- salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweetener, etc. So, we flagged down our server to ask

The food was just about a 4/5, but could easily be a 5 with a little more attention to detail. We think the chicken spring rolls are home made, as the dough was a little thicker than normal/ideal and as a result, some of it was still uncooked inside. Also the chicken filling was quite scarce. The pan fried dumplings were perfect, again, may be home made ? The ‘Hong Kong’ pan fried noodle was very good, even if the crispy noodle base was a bought in product, not cooked in store. Unfortunately the chicken & broccoli had been left at the pass for too long, as it was barely warm by the time it arrived at the table with the noodles.
