No Customer Service there when we went to get a late lunch. The hamburgers we ordered, we thought they would be great!!! Not true! Stay away from the hamburgers there! They were cold inside, like they were old and they tried microwaving them. One of the hamburgers, the cheese wasn't even melted on them! ALL the tables were dirty and when telling them this they didn't care, so we had to clean one of the tables and seats for us to use. Again, if you want to order hamburgers you will be better off going elsewhere! At least going to a fancy restaurant the server comes to your table and makes sure all is good. Do not recommend this place. When we were almost done eating, someone finally started cleaning the dirty tables!

This place take orders when they are not ready to process them. I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes when I asked about it they hadn't even at cooking it. I asked for a refund and was told that they would process it the next day... Refuse to give me a receipt of acknowledgement that I need a refund. When I ask to talk to the manager I was told he wasn't in... My only option was to be at their mercy of honoring the refund or take the food... opted for the food as I didn't trust they would honor the refund... then I Had to wait another 10 minutes for 1 burger. There were at least 3 employees behind the counter . .. more finished a meeting they were holding and just stood around while only 2 workers prep food, there were at least 5 doing nothing but talk and distract the 2 that

Food was fresh but I got a bowl with Salmon that was clearly reheated as it was fishy and had multiple bones. You order on tablets but the staff was friendly. Fresh drinks were interesting but ultimately underwhelmed a little.

Great vibes here! Staffs were very friendly and place was clean! We ordered the steak bowl and Salmon salad with Steak added on. Overall was fresh and good for 8pm. Just hope the steak wasn’t cold and over medium.

If you're at the Wharf and need something quick and more healthy options, go to Chopsmith. They sell sandwiches, burgers, but also salads and bowls. Staying at a nearby hotel, it took them ten minutes to make our food on a Friday in November. Their burger was decent. My wife enjoyed their shrimp bowl.
