Chop Shop BBQ & Grill

Amazing Southern BBQ restaurant!! Located inside a gas station this small shop offers big flavors and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the pulled pork, hush puppies, and Brunswick stew. Some of the best Brunswick stew I've had matter of fact. I would highly recommend if you're in the mood for some awesome BBQ and sides!

Finally, pulled pork that is independently juicy and flavorful! I am too tired of eating BBQ in NC and then having to douse the pulled pork in sauce because it's dry as hell. In my opinion, the meat should be able to stand on its own and at Chop Shop BBQ, this is the case. The sides are great as well! Highly recommended.

Outstanding food! Thanks to Hudson and Patty, my wife and I were able to sample a little bit of everything and everything we tried was extremely delicious. The brisket was just as good as the brisket I had in Texas a few months ago at a BBQ place that ranked 5th in Texas Monthly. The Brunswick stew and pulled pork was some of the best I've had in NC and SC. All of the sides we tried were all homemade and the banana pudding is a must have, it has a pleasant twist that you'll enjoy.

Fantastic food. I had brisket, but she gave us a little pulled pork to taste. Both were moist with good smoke flavor. The sauce was not too sweet. The sides I had were great. Small space indoor for seating, but has outdoor seating for a nice days. Pick it up and take it home. You won't be disappointed. Brisket is available on Thursday.
