Chop It Up Salads and Smoothies | Fresh & Healthy

This was my first time going there as I was in the area for a spa appointment. This was the best salad I have ever had and the employees were great and the environment was sooooo clean. I will definitely be back.

I go here once a week. The salads are delicious and generous portions. The employees are so nice and the service is quick. They always get my order right. The place is clean and bright and there's space to sit.

My absolute favorite healthy spot in White Plains now. The salads put every other salad place to shame. Top notch flavor combinations in their signature salads. Highly recommend! I’ll probably be there every day for lunch. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly as well!

Today was “Foodie Friday” for the staff at my school, and Chop It Up’s salads did not disappoint!! They went above and beyond to make and package 61 salads for us and deliver them by 10:30 AM. The owner was so accommodating and really made sure that everything was perfect. Definitely a new favorite!

Chop It Up is an amazing new addition to mamaroneck avenue! The salads and smoothies are fresh and made with delicious ingredients! The salads are so big that they really could feed two or be saved for two meals. The prices are reasonable and very fair! I highly recommend this establishment!
