Chop House Grille

I had the cowboy burger and I added the jalapeno slaw on it. It was soooo good! Everything was cooked absolutly perfect. I could have eaten it all right there and then (I ALWAYS have leftovers) but I forced myself to stop so I could try the amarreto cherry cheesecake. It was worth it. The cherry were not syrupy sweet but had a hint of tartness just the way I like it. The staff were so nice and attentive. Seriously even the salad bar was the freshest I've seen anywhere else. Absolutly LOVE this place and will be making 2 hour drives just to be able to eat here again.

Super friendly and great service. Sat right away. Good value for good food and pricing. Liked family friendly and appreciated the historic local pictures. Nice vibe. Food combos with green chilies and egg on a burger with jalapeño slaw was real good!

Linn, MO, population 1,348. And yet, an unexpected find. Nicely maintained family oriented restaurant. The food is fine, not spectacular, the salad bar is small but does the job, besides, how many salad bars do you see these days?? (RIP Souplantation 😥) The service is wonderful and the vibe is quintessential Americana. So, if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere Missouri, give this little treasure a try.

Worth the stop! Quaint little restaurant, the wait staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was amazing, seemed like it was all homemade. The desserts.... we tried the candy corn cheesecake, pumpkin swirl cheesecake and the birthday cake cheesecake. Eat a slice there but take one to go too!

I’m from St Louis and stopped by on the way back from Jeff City! THE best BLT and made with chicken fried bacon, something I haven’t found in STL! SO GOOD. Also tried the chocolate peanut butter pie and it was so delicious. Great spot and definitely recommend!
