I am a small business owner in Alexandria, VA. Choice Tax & Financial is doing my monthly accounting, bi weekly payroll, and monthly sales tax filing. ***UPDATE*** I did receive my documentation after another call and they did my taxes last year and I plan to use them this year too. After H&R Block did not do my taxes correctly in 2017 I was looking for a new accountant this past tax season and I gave this firm a try. The process of getting my taxes done was fine. Met with Mr. Taha Seid and we went over all of my info. He was very knowledgeable and we reviewed where H&R went wrong in 2017. After a couple weeks I received a draft return to review, signed, and my returns were filed electronically. I even received my refund from both Federal and State. Everything is great so far. But now it’s going on 3 months post return being filed and have not received a copy of my returns, or any of the support documents that I had brought in to have
