Chipotle Mexican Grill

My wife and I went into chipotle each of us getting our own entree. The girl who helped us was named Jocelyn and she was way TOO fast at taking both of our orders, mind you by the time she got to us this other lady BARELY walked in the place. I had asked for double chicken and she gave me one full scoop and the other scoop was barely the tip of the spoon with chicken so I looked at her funny and asked for more chicken and she said she would have to charge me for triple chicken after I didn’t even get my whole second scoop?? I said fine I’ll pay for it and she gave it to me and then was soo fast and getting my toppings and then I asked for a LARGE guacamole and she ran so fast to the little cups and came back with a regular size? Mind you when I asked for guacamole I said it loud so the

It has been years since I last had some Chipotle. I ordered the bowl, with rice, black beans, carne asada, and the usual toppings. The meat was good, not dry, everything was fresh and plentiful.

This is my 3rd time coming and was disappointed to see the meat on my bowl was so little from the last two visits, if I wanted a veggie bowl! I could have went elsewhere. Don't think I will return if this is what im getting.

Jocelyn needs a major attitude adjustment. She honestly shouldn’t even be working there. She was so rude to me. No smile and gave me attitude about my birthday coupon. The nice gentleman had to come over and correct her how to do it correctly. I had my toddler with me or I would’ve absolutely said something to her. That was absolutely ridiculous. You could fill her tension before you even walk up to the cashier.

It was a short line, but not as long as chipotle's usually are. The line went fast and soon we were getting our food. The staff was efficent and nice, giving us extra sauces and rice. The meal was over $20 for chips and a bowl so a little pricey. One complaint was that the size was quite small and the base of rice was about 3/4 a scoop. overall very yummy and clean. will come again!
