Chipotle Mexican Grill

Omg where do I start? Food was ordered online. 15 minutes after ordering, I arrive, food hasn’t been started yet. I receive the burrito cold. Now eating it, in this entire burrito, I received 3 pieces of chicken. This is an image of the other half. It’s clearly only fillers

Chipotle has always been an all-time American favorite restaurant. Their veggie burrito is always well-stacked and tasty. The service at this location was awesome, and the burrito hit the spot! Chipotle brings back fond memories of graduate school days! I highly recommend going there!

Marcus was so polite and attentive and made sure he got everything right with our orders! Food was excellent and the portions were incredible! Thank you Marcus! The other staff were equally as great that night, making sure we were taken care of and the restaurant was clean. Everything was stocked up and I cannot stop raving about how big the portions were. Made our night! Thank you!

First question- who owns this chipotle? Second question- why hasn’t something been done? I ordered 2 bowls and a queso with chips and it was horrible!! Half the ingredients were missing too long to list. It was a 30 minute wait on an online order. The queso had pork in it from obviously the container next to it (quite gross)!!! I’m refraining from speaking how I really feel because of the profanity but I will say this much, staff were more concerned with screwing around with each other than preparing food!! Boycott this Chipotle!!!! Hope it shuts down. My next call is to corporate!

I wonder how come this chipotle dirty all the time, 24/7 no exceptions. Worst chipotle in entire western mass. Who owns or manages this place. Any fastfood restaurant is cleaner than this in westfield, you name it. Windows, entrance, doors, door handles, floors, forks, knives, straws, counters, tables literally everything dirty. It takes 40-50 bucks to feed 2 people in here come on now. Close this store. it literally hurts the brand name
