Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location recently opened. Let’s just say they should have had training for the employees prior to opening. The staff are kind and respectful but the quality of food there is unacceptable. The steak was raw, not medium well. The counter was dirty no one wiped the counters between meals. The line is extremely slow, the workers has no sense of urgency. I asked “why is the steak so pink” one of the workers seemed concerned and walked away like she was coming back with an answer. Did not and refused to finish making my bowl. I am highly disappointed by this location.

Service was amazing, everyone was friendly & the restaurant was very clean. Now the food…. The food does not taste good at ALL. The chicken is too spicy and the guacamole was way too loose. Just doesn’t taste like other locations. First & last time due to the taste of the food.

I placed a simple online order to get two burritos and got a burrito and a bowl that was half empty. You guys need more training or something, how do you mess that up ? Never placing an order here again. If you want your food done right head to crain highway...

The sitting area was great but small, the service was slow and the food was just edible. I mean based on the other chipotles I’ve eaten, this chipotle was the worst. The food was cold and they also gave me soggy chips. My salad was also soggy. I think they need to work on this and hire professionals!

It’s a newly opened chipotle. They have a small sitting area and not very crowded. The food was good and would go again.
