Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wish I could give this place a ZERO! Came for lunch and ordered food. Manager was great. But the African American girl was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!! And definitely needed to straighten up her clothes before she came to work. Shirt was riding up her back. She rather talk and laugh and scratch her head… get upset at you when she has to repeat herself. Do better… if you don’t want to work at chipotle then don’t.. it’s people like me that come get food here that allow you to have a job… I didn’t get her name because she had no name tag on.. go figure… must be employee of the month. Then proceeded to throw receipt in the bag. Probably mad at just her life in general.

The portions are definitely smaller. The bowl was just ok. You pay extra for the chips that say made fresh daily, but they were cold, greasy and disgusting. Probably won't return.

Had a business meeting at a local cigar lounge, ordered for my clients and I, spent over 60$ in two separate orders. No veggies, no corn salsa, no regular salsa, no sour cream. first pick up i wasnt told they didnt have the entire order, second pick up they told me to refer to the app and that there was nothing they could do. horrible customer service, not even plasticware. super embarassing. they gave me their business card, paul w. the manager smirked his way through the explaination saying he relys on morning staff to prep, to go through the app to get a refund. dont go to this location.

Horrible. Got two bowls and chips opened my bag to one bowl being sideways and the other damn near half open and I was missing the chips. Not only that the bowls were half full while I’m watching them fill up everyone else’s to the brim. Thankfully got both bowls remade and got the chips. Lmk if that looks like ya money’s worth. Chipotle… do better.

If I could leave a no star review I would. Been here 35 minutes waiting for an order while the staff stands around. Heard my order would be next 6 orders ago now. Gave me half the order 15 minutes ago and that’s getting Cold waiting on the other half. Manager has no solution just an Attitude. Highly recommend using another location. All around terrible place.
