Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my 2nd time at this chipotle location and my LAST time at this location. The first time I went (online order) they messed up my order, toppings were missing from the order. I tried to give them another chance but this was the last straw. I have worked in the food industry before so I understand how you can be busy and have a plethora of orders however customer service has been a lost art since 2020. I found a fly in my food!!! When I went back to the location and ask to speak to a manager the manager he said “ speaking “ which was extremely rude there was no Hello may I help you or anything, that is not how you greet a customer that has spent their hard working money!! It hasn't even been a month yet that they have been open and my carne asada tacos I ordered via lane pick up came with day old meat that wasn't even chewable.... and one taco with no meat at all. I want my refund or store credit then you will get one more chay and I will walk inside and watch them make my meal. They also need to pay attention to lane pickup and not literally have us sitting there staring at our package until someone inside sees us.

The portions were EXTREMELY skimpy compared to every other chipotle I’ve been to and I get home and my kids quesadilla has barely any cheese and it isn’t even melted so I have to finish cooking his quesadilla before I can eat my meal. I’ll give them some slack since it’s the first day but this was very disappointing. & they didn’t take out the bay leaf

My wife ordered online here on Wednesday the day were they had that buy 1 get 1 free I know it’s early but one my wife ordered her pick up at like 7:30 and she didn’t get till 8:40 and too top it off when she finally got her food there’s hair all in her food like I mean all in it. It’s unacceptable man

I ordered my food for 5:10 and told my husband to go pick it up. He waited in the drive thru line for 50 min and no one came up to him, but they saw him there. That is UNACCEPTABLE. The food was ready the whole time but no one bothered to open the window to give him the food, that’s is absolutely ridiculous. Then after that long time of waiting he ended up getting it, he came come and the food was cold to a point where I said we are not eating this. We went back, I went inside and told the worker what happened and I said I want a refund or for them to make us fresh bowls.
